Thai massage opens the sen (energy lines) of the body gently and using yoga-like postures and movements, massages into the muscle. I completed my Thai Massage training with Nuad bo-ran school Rob Gilles in November 2017. I love the way that the massage compliments the practice of yoga.
1-2-1 Yoga is great for those not quite ready for a group class or those who would like individual attention to refine their postures. I specialise in providing 1-2-1 yoga for athletes, specifically runners and anyone with additional needs who may not wish to join a general yoga class. I work with folks with cerebral palsy, amputees and folks who want an overall better quality of life through yoga!
