The last year has created an opportunity for me to create space.  You can't buy or make time but you can create space.  Creating space and creativity go hand in hand for me and I invite you to join me on this 4-night, 5-day retreat.  Yoga and meditation are my methods of communication, of healing and of processing.  To this I create some creative magic which I invite you to embrace and see where it leads you.  













The retreat is based at the beautiful Kinloch Follart on the East shores of Loch Dunvegan which boasts direct access to the loch, open fireplace, conservatory (with ping pong table!), drawing room with guitar and piano for guests to use, views of MacLeod's Tables and Loch Dunvegan.  Weather permitting, we will enjoy yoga and meditation within the walled gardens.  Meandering paths take you directly to the shore of the loch. 

Catering for the retreat provided by Lee will include vegetarian fare (possibly one evening of seafood paella as it's legendary and inspired by Eiggy Bread Bakers), during his time in the USA and over the last year and half of Covid restricted quarantine, Lee has enjoyed developing his culinary skills and incorporating samples of American cuisine into his Scottish cooking.  Lee will prepare meals for all diets and combine unique flavours with local (Scottish)  In keeping with tradition of our last 5 years of retreat, catered by Eiggy Bread, breakfast will include homemade granola.  

Prices include accommodation, food, yoga and meditation sessions (these will include mindful walking excursions).

Meals will include:  
Breakfast: buffet, help-yourself
w/ homemade granola, yoghurts, fruit, toast, jam & boiled eggs.  

Lunch: fillings (humus, eggmayo, tunamayo, peanut butter, jam, salad greens), with hot soup and homemade breads on 2 days.  Cake or traybake and fresh fruit
Dinner: 3-course meals with starter, main and dessert

Coffee/Tea/Herbal Tea and fresh fruit always available
